Apostille notarization of Public Documents

Η Αρχή της «ίσης μεταχείρισης», μέσα από τη νομολογία των Κυπριακών Δικαστηρίων.

Όπως αναμένετο, το Ευρωπαϊκό Δικαστήριο Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων, δικαίωσε εκ μητρογονίας πρόσφυγα και κατεδίκασε την Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία, για παραβίαση της αρχής της ισότητας. Σχετικό με την πιο πάνω υπόθεση, είναι φυσικά το άρθρο 28 του Συντάγματος, το οποίο προβλέπει και/ή επιβάλλει την ίση μεταχείριση όλων των πολιτών.
